Blending Seminar And Luncheon At The Winery
Be a Winemaker for a Day!
Saturday, April 7th at 10am
Join Edward Sellers for this small intimate gathering of fun and education. Ed Sellers and Jeremy Weintraub, Winemaker, will lead you through their process of creating the blends you have come to know and love. The blending seminar will offer their wine club members and guests the opportunity to play winemaker for a day. Participants have the opportunity to get to know each of their Rhone varietals and then learn what each does in a blend (depth, fruit, spice, etc.) After learning the process, the group will be separated into pairs, each pair given the opportunity to experiment with their new found knowledge and create their own special blend.
After the seminar enjoy a beautiful lunch on the Patio with one of your favorite Edward Sellers wines. Limited to 26 people.

Spring Wine Club Is Coming!
It’s time for the Spring Cellar Club shipment and Edward Sellers is excited to release their first offering from the estate, the 2009 Inception. This beautiful blend of their estate Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre is a wine you are going to want more of for your cellar. At only 198 cases produced, it won’t be around long. Also, in this shipment is the 2011 Rosé made of 50% Grenache and 50% Syrah. This wine is the perfect wine for your spring and summer outdoor entertaining.

The Wine Line
The Wine Line is a totally new concept in wine tasting tours. We offer a low-cost, "hop on, hop off" shuttle service operated by professional and courteous drivers who are well versed in the areas' wineries. As opposed to other wine touring services that keep you bound to a set schedule, with a predetermined group of wineries, with a group of people you will be stuck with all day long - we offer you freedom from these constraints. Our vans run in a constant loop picking up and dropping off customers approximately every 40 minutes at whichever wineries they desire. We return in approximately 40 minutes to pick you up again, but if you want to stay a while longer, just say so and wait for the next shuttle in another 40 minutes.
